PROGRAM MANAGERS:    Must be a college graduate. Experience is a plus, but not required. Will be responsible for managing staff and elementary age youth group. Must clear a Level II background screening through the Department of Children and Families. MUST be a team player.  At a minimum, basic computer skills with Microsoft office knowledge desired.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: Must have required child care and director’s certifications; High School Diploma/GED required; VPK certification helpful; Bachelor ‘s degree in Early Childhood Education/Development a plus; strong oral and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills; strong organizational skills; computer literacy required; 2 years of teaching experience; minimum of 6 months supervisory experience desired. MUST be a team player.

CHILD CARE TEACHERS:  Must be at least 18 years old; High School Diploma/GED required; 40 hours of training; CPR/First Aid Certified (must be current); must clear background screening with the Department of Children & Families; must be dedicated to the quality of care and education for all pre-school aged youth; experience is a plus.  MUST be a team player.

PART-TIME POSITIONS: SUMMER CAMP COUNSELORS.  Several positions available with the summer camp programs. Must enjoy working with ‘elementary school’ or ‘teen’ aged youth; MUST be a team player; will be required to engage and interact with youth activities; must be 18 years of age or older; previous experience working with youth helpful; background screening required; training is provided.
